Sanitation vehicles get a facelift in Wyra
Wyra (Khammam): New sanitation vehicles deployed for the separate collection of wet and dry waste in Wyra Municipality were launched on Friday by local MLA Ramdas Naik and Khammam SUDA Chairman Puvvala Durga Prasad.
The vehicles are aimed at strengthening sanitation management in the town and ensuring systematic segregation and collection of wet and dry waste. Speaking on the occasion, the leaders said steps were being taken to improve sanitation facilities and develop Wyra as a cleaner and more hygienic town. They urged residents to cooperate with municipal authorities by segregating waste at source.
Wyra Municipal Chairperson, Municipal Commissioner, councillors, public representatives, mandal leaders, party functionaries and municipal officials were among those present.
