Komatireddy extends financial aid for treatment of child
Nalgonda: Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy extended financial assistance to a poor family in need. Jampala Mahesh Kumar and his wife Rajitha, natives of Panagiri village in the erstwhile Nalgonda district, approached the Minister seeking financial assistance for the medical treatment of their child, who has hearing and speech impairments.
Doctors reportedly advised that the child could overcome the disability and gain the ability to speak with appropriate medical treatment.
Moved by the family’s financial difficulties, Minister Komatireddy immediately announced a financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh towards the child’s medical treatment.
“Do not worry about your child. I will stand by you and extend whatever assistance is required,” the Minister assured the couple.
He also personally spoke to the concerned doctors and assured the family that the child would be provided with better medical treatment.
The family members and villagers expressed their special gratitude to Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy for responding promptly and extending support during their difficult time.
