Ongole: Social Welfare Minister Dr Dola Sree Bala Veeranjaneya Swamy said the coalition government is working with dedication to secure a bright future for Andhra Pradesh’s youth. He spoke at the Yuvatha Bhavithaku Bharosa programme held at Harshini Degree College and Damachala Sakkubayamma Government Women Degree College here on Monday. MLAs Damachala Janardhana Rao and Mukku Ugra Narasimha Reddy also took part in the programme.
Speaking at the programme, Minister Swamy told students that Chief Minister Chandrababu and Minister Lokesh are working hard to create 20 lakh jobs for the youth.
He said notifications have been issued for group and police job vacancies through APPSC. He further said that the Kaushalam programme is providing skill training to unemployed youth and that work-from-home opportunities are also being created.
The minister alleged that the YSRCP government had indulged in irregularities in Group 1 recruitment and looted Rs 150 crore. He observed that the coalition government filled 16000 posts transparently through Mega DSC and that sports quota jobs were also given to deserving players without any irregularities.
Swamy alleged that attacks on teachers by YSRCP mobs using rowdy sheeters and ganja elements are criminal acts.
He warned that strong action will be taken against those spreading false propaganda and creating disturbances in society. He urged youth not to believe YSRCP’s false campaigns.
