Nellore: Showcasing academic excellence and fostering corporate leadership, Narayana Engineering College (Autonomous) is all set to host PRABHANJAN 2026, its flagship national-level management fest, on September 26.

Organized by the Department of MBA, the festival will unite undergraduate and postgraduate students from across South India to compete in leadership, innovation, and business acumen.

Running under the theme “Where Spin and Speed Matters,” the fest attracts participants from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. This year’s edition is organized in association with BSmart by Business Standard, while HMTV serves as the official media partner.

The one-day extravaganza features five competitive segments: Young Manager (leadership tests and stress interviews), BizIQ Battle (business quiz), PPT presentation (research trends), New Business Idea (startup pitching), and dynamic Spot Events. A total prize pool of Rs 1 lakh is up for grabs.

Eminent figures—including Sharani Ponguru, Director of Narayana Group; E Sarath Babu, Founder of Hunger Free India Foundation; and Charles Godwin, HR Leader at ZOHO Corporation—will grace the event. MBA Dean Dr Gangineni Dhananjhay stated that the fest bridges academic theory with practical exposure. Principal Dr V Ravi Prasad, HoD Dr G Malyadri, Director Dr Dattatreya Sharma, and YV Vinay Kumar reviewed final arrangements during a press meet.
