Speaking to the media at the temple’s media point, Sivanath said comprehensive arrangements had been made to facilitate the smooth movement of devotees and ensure that they could have darshan of Goddess Kanaka Durga in a peaceful atmosphere.
He said special measures had been taken to ensure an uninterrupted supply of drinking water to devotees throughout the festivities. Officials and staff from various departments were available round the clock to address any difficulties faced by pilgrims, he added.
