PanIIT AP Summit 2026 to spotlight DeepTech, AI, innovation today
Vijayawada: The maiden PanIIT Andhra Pradesh Summit 2026, themed ‘Andhra’s Resilient DeepTech Decade: Swarna Andhra to Viksit Bharat 2047,’ will be held on Saturday at Dr B R Ambedkar Kala Vedika here.
The summit will bring together thought leaders, policymakers, industry leaders, technology experts, entrepreneurs and innovators to discuss emerging technologies and opportunities for strengthening Andhra Pradesh’s technology and innovation ecosystem.
The summit will focus on key sectors including DeepTech, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, MedTech, pharma and healthcare, oil and gas, green energy, semiconductors and data centres, Quantum Computing and defence and aerospace.
The event will feature discussions on AI, DeepTech and Quantum Computing, besides deliberations on innovation and investment. Strategic roundtables and announcements of key initiatives aimed at promoting technology, innovation and investment in Andhra Pradesh are also planned.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and IT minister Nara Lokesh are expected to attend the summit.
Prabhat Kumar, chairman of PanIIT Alumni India and principal ADG, NACIN, CBIC; Amitabh Ranjan, vice-chairman, PanIIT Alumni India and registrar, Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA) and Sudhakar Gande, chair of PanIIT Andhra Pradesh Summit 2026, corporate leader, entrepreneur and senior banker, will also participate in the event.
