Union Civil Aviation Minister K Ram Mohan Naidu stated that getting a Central government job is considered as pride and great achievement. Handing over appointment letters to 200 candidates in Visakhapatnam on Saturday at the 20th Rozgar Mela, he congratulated the selected youth and exhorted them to serve the country with dedication and commitment.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the youth at the 20th edition of National Rozgar Mela via video conferencing and distributed over 51,000 appointment letters to the newly-inducted youth across various government departments and organisations in 45 locations nationwide.
Launched on October 22, 2022, the initiative has accelerated public recruitment while creating opportunities for people to venture into public service and contribute to the nation building.
Extending wishes to the selected youth, Ram Mohan Naidu said, “May this new job become a new opportunity to serve society and build nation.” He described it as a new job, new responsibility and new chapter in national building. The mela reflects the government’s continued efforts to create employment opportunities for the youth, ensuring greater participation in the country’s development. With 20th Rozgar Mela, a total of 12.75 lakh youth have received appointment orders in various government departments and organisations.
