Spread over 2,700 sq metres it offers a variety of services
Visakhapatnam: The new gym is not only beneficial to the sportsmen but it would help them achieve their fitness goals, said Divisional Railway Manager Waltair, Chetan Kumar Shrivastava.
Inaugurating the Cover Drive Gym at Waltair Railway Stadium along with the president of East Coast Railway Women's Welfare Organisation Shalini Shrivastava, the DRM appreciated the efforts of the Container Corporation of India (CCI) for extending support to set up the gym under its corporate social responsibility initiative.
The newly constructed gym is spread over 2,700 square metres which offers a variety of services including cross fit, yoga, spinning, body command and aerobics.
Cluster Head CONCOR M Yelvender Yadav, ADRM (infra) Akshay Saxena, ADRM (Operations) P Ramachandra Rao, joint sports officer, ECoRSA Mahesh Maddireddy, senior divisional engineers K Prabhakar Rao, MSN Murthy and Santosh Kumar Dewangan participated in the launch.
