BJP govt is stealing votes, jobs and money from people: Narayana

CPI leader says public concerns over electoral process and financial burden cannot be ignored

Dr K. Narayana
Hanumakonda: CPI National Control Commission Chairman Dr K. Narayana on Sunday accused the BJP government of burdening people on multiple fronts, describing its policies as a combination of “vote theft, job theft and pocket theft.”
Addressing the media in Hanamkonda, Dr Narayana said allegations surrounding Chief Election Commissioner Gnanesh Kumar had triggered demands for accountability and his resignation. He claimed the issue had gained momentum across the country and said the government could not ignore growing concerns over the credibility of the electoral process.
He also opposed the proposed imposition of charges on UPI transactions, alleging that the move would place an additional financial burden on ordinary people and enable the collection of crores of rupees.
Dr Narayana said the government should address public concerns transparently and provide answers on electoral credibility, employment opportunities and financial burdens instead of avoiding accountability.
