Lays foundation stone for a community hall

Have always been a public servant, says Naini Rajender
Hanamkonda: “I have never been a ruler; I have always been a public servant. Since the day I was elected MLA, I have remained among the people and worked continuously to resolve their issues. The doors of my camp office are always open to address the public’s concerns,” said Warangal West MLA Naini Rajender Reddy.
The MLA laid the foundation stone for the construction of a community hall—estimated to cost Rs 20 lakh—in Deendayal Nagar, which falls under the 31st and 50th divisions of the Warangal West constituency.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that development works in the Shayampet division have been prioritised over the past three years. He mentioned that efforts are underway to develop the Shayampet division—which retains a distinctly rural character—across all sectors. He noted that in the past, there were colonies in the Shayampet area that even MLAs would not visit, whereas he has consistently stayed among the people and worked to resolve their problems since his election.
He added that development works regarding internal roads and drainage systems have already been undertaken and completed in several colonies. He stated that efforts had been made to ensure eligible poor individuals receive financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh through the ‘Indiramma Houses’ scheme. Acknowledging that there are still eligible beneficiaries awaiting house sanctions, he assured the gathering that he would bring this matter to the attention of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and strive to ensure that all eligible persons benefit from the scheme in the near future.
MLA Naini Rajender Reddy emphasised that his primary objective is to remain constantly accessible to the public, identify their needs, and undertake development works accordingly.
During the event, residents of the colony brought several local issues to the MLA’s attention. He took immediate action to resolve some of these issues by speaking over the phone with the concerned officials on the spot and assured the residents that the remaining issues would also be addressed on a priority basis.
Division In-charge Marka Vijay, former corporators Mamindla Raju and Nekkonda Kavitha Kishan, Division President Sathu Ramesh, former President Surender, and local colony leaders participated in the programme.
