Hanumakonda: Wardhannapet MLA and retired IPS officer KR Nagaraju on Sunday handed over a Letter of Credit (LOC) worth Rs 3 lakh to the family of Sripathi Komaramma of Devannapet to meet her medical expenses.
Komaramma, a resident of the 65th division of the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, is undergoing hospital treatment for an illness. Responding to information about her condition, the MLA facilitated the sanction of financial assistance and handed over the cheque to her family members at his residence in Hanumakonda.
Speaking on the occasion, Nagaraju said no person should be deprived of quality medical treatment due to financial constraints. He said the government, led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, was committed to supporting poor and middle-class families facing medical emergencies.
