Hanumakonda: Janagama MLA Dr Palla Rajeshwar Reddy on Monday condemned the alleged blocking of BRS MLAs and MLCs at the main gate of the Telangana Assembly. He alleged that the House had descended into chaos under the Congress government and likened it to a “Kaurava House”.

Rajeshwar Reddy strongly objected to the alleged inappropriate behaviour towards women representatives, including former ministers Sabitha Indra Reddy and Sunitha Lakshma Reddy, and demanded strict action against those responsible.

He also criticised the police handling of BRS working president K T Rama Rao, former minister T Harish Rao and other leaders. Questioning the restriction on representatives wearing black T-shirts, he asked whether the government had become “afraid of black T-shirts”.

He said the BRS would continue its struggle against restrictions and arrests, asserting that the party would fight for democracy, public issues and people’s rights.
