Three people hailing from Kukatpally in Hyderabad was killed in road accident in Guntur district.
Getting into details, two families from Kukatpally headed to Kamakshi temple in Jonnawada of Nellore district on Saturday morning in a car. The speeding car collided with the divider when they reached Santhagudipadu of Rompicharla of Guntur district.
Gopi Krishna and his Sujatha, Vijay Kumar were dead on the spot. While Vijay Kumar's wife Thirupathamma, daughter-in-law Poojitha, son Chaitanya and driver Vineeth sustained serious injuries.
The injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
