How to Hide Your WhatsApp Profile Picture from Users

Open your WhatsApp

Go to Settings and then Account and then Privacy

Then you need to tap on the Profile photo option

You will find default setting is ‘everyone’ in the list of options

If you want your profile pictures to be displayed to your contacts, select ‘My contacts’

If you do not want the photo to be shown to anybody, select ‘Nobody’

Once you choose ‘Nobody’, a grey avatar appears on the user’s profile and in WhatsApp chats
