Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is leveling baseless allegations against Opposition parties that were obstructing the A implementation of SC, ST Sub-Plan, says Narayana narayanaAnantapuramu: CPI State secretary Narayana alleged that Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy had amassed crores of rupees by indulging in many irregularities with the help of his father and former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy's position and termed him as a modern dacoit. Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Narayana said that the State government completely failed in controlling the corruption at various levels and the Congress leaders were not sincere in fighting against the corruption. He also demanded Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy to remove those Ministers, who are facing the corruption charges in connection with Jagan's disproportionate assets case, from the cabinet immediately. Referring to the charge-sheet filed by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) against Home Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy, Narayana asked Sabitha to quit the post immediately and prove her sincerity in the court. Stating that the State government had failed in handling power crisis in the State, the CPI leader said the Chief Minister failed in designing a proper power policy for the State and moreover, he was not taking any steps to meet the growing demand of power consumption. Narayana also criticised Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for leveling baseless allegations against the opposition parties that were obstructing the implementation of SC,ST Sub-Plan and advised him to tell the truth to the people. Referring to the killing of nine Maoists at Puvarthi forest area in Chhattisgarh recently, Narayana alleged that police were lying and termed the incident as a fake encounter. CPI leaders Ramakrishna, Jaffer, Narayanayana Swamy and others were present.
