Jagan seeks court permission to visit Idupalapaya
Jagan seeks court permission to visit Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday approached the special court to grant him permission to leave Hyderabad to visit his father’s Tomb at Idupulapaya between October 1 and 2 .
Three days after his release on bail in the quid pro quo case, YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday approached the special court to grant him permission to leave Hyderabad to visit his father’s Tomb at Idupulapaya between October 1 and 2 .
Jagan filed a petition in the special court for CBI cases, Nampally, and sought relaxation for visiting Idupulapaya, Pulivendula and Guntur. The court posted hearing on the matter to Monday. Now, the CBI must submit a counter petition before Monday.
In fact Jagan wanted to participate in the tractor rally organised for the welfare of farmers, which was supposed to be conducted by the YSRCP honorary president, YS Vijayamma. Jagan will now club his father’s tomb visit with the tractor rally event.
The court however, has asked him to be present on October 3 and 4. So the tractor rally is likely to be postponed to 4th of October.
But this can only be done when the court grants him permission to leave the city.
