Take Back Occupied Govt Land, Demands TRS, Veldurti Mandal Revenue Office Demands. TRS Veldurti mandal unit president Krishna Goud here on Tuesday launched an indefinite fast before the Veldurti mandal revenue office demanding the government to take back the government land encroached by some unscrupulous persons.

Several people’s organisations have also expressed solidarity to the indefinite fast. Addressing newsmen, Krishna Goud said that an industrialist had encroached seven acres of government land near the mandal headquarters and even got it regularized some of the land.
The TRS leader said that the government land could be utilized to construct government offices or government colleges. He alleged that the district-level officials have supported the industrialist in the past. He said that he would continue the fast till the government land was taken back.
