If the transplantation of such an important organ is required to be undertaken, it involves so much of efforts from the specialist doctors. Although it was the cardiologists who transplanted the heart of Veeranjaneyulu on November 11 are the most appreciable persons, the efforts of the police involved in this incident cannot be subsided. The police competed with the time and made the mission a successful one. It is an exaggeration, if someone says that without the well planned and executed strategy of the police for the mission, the transplantation could have not been successful.

On November 11 at 9.45 p.m. at a wellnoted hospital in Secunderabad, all signal lights turned to be green from Secunderabad to Jubilee Hills. Almost, before 100mts warning was given to all concerned to keep the road vacate. Ambulance rushed from one junction to the other. This was not an arrangement for a VIP’s movement rather an arrangement made to save a life of youth. The police played the key role in transporting a person whose brain was dead from one place to another place so that the heart transplantation could be undertaken to save a person’s life.

They emerged successful to give a second life for the 19 yrs youth. All the traffic police involved in this episode said this incident remains a sweet memory for them as they gave life to a barely 19yrs old youth. Night 10'0 clock literally means the pack up time for most of the traffic police. But, just 15 minutes before their pack up time, the traffic police received a message from ACP Padmanabha Reddy that they should put in their best efforts to save the life of a youth. The subordinates assured him of their best and made the entire mission a success. Speaking to media the ACP, Padmanabha Reddy said this was a beautiful experience he ever had and said this incident turned to be the most happiest incident for him in his life, so far.
