Narasapuram: The YSRCP president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday gave assurance to the fishermen and farmers and asked them to keep the patience intact for four more months, before he attains the power and forms the next government.
He said irrespective of the present government’s stand on the farmers, he would remain support to the farmers once his government comes to rule.
YS Jagan was on a visit to East Godavari district to console the cyclone (Helen) affected people. The affected farmers shared their heartache with him and put forward their sad stories before him.
Later, he responded and said he would ensure a farmer friendly government when his party comes into power after 2014 elections.
YS Jagan Reddy reviewed and assessed the situation of temple lands in Lakshmaneswaram. He inquired the farmers to know the details regarding their investment and the profits etc. He saw the rotten crops shown by the farmers.
