Newly wed woman found hanging in Hyderabad

A new bride, who was supposed to enjoy the adventures that marriage brings along with it, was found dead under mysterious circumstances.

Suhasini, 18, was found hanging and was declared dead on Thursday just 13 days after her wedding with Srinivas Goud.

According to reports, the newlyweds, originally from Venkatapur village, Medak district, had come to Hyderabad and rented a room in Chintal area of the city on Wednesday. The following morning Srinivas, told his wife that he was going to the nearby temple.

On his return, he found Suhasini hanging from the ceiling of their flat.

Police are yet to ascertain the cause of the death and are not ruling out foul play. They have taken Srinivas into custody for further questioning.
