Rs15 lakh havala money recovered
Hyderabad: Sleuths of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and Special Operations Team (SOT), Cyberabad, busted a drug racket by arresting six persons including an auto-rickshaw driver at a pharmaceutical lab in Jeedimetla Industrial Area (IDA) on Thursday.
About 11 kg of Methamphetamine worth more than Rs 2 crore, a four-wheeler, cash Rs 15 lakh besides eight mobile phones have been recovered.
The accused—Shiva Kumar alias Raju, 34, businessman of Girinagar in Jeedimetla, Abdul Aziz, 45, businessman, Ismail Shaik, 45, auto driver, Pune, Kamma Srinivas, 31, private employee, Gajularamaram, Pojari Murali Krishna, 30, Chemist, Jeddimetla and Lack Singh alias Lucky, 24, servant, Begum Bazaar—were arrested during a police raid on the premises of Balaji Labs and reactors of Carmol Drugs Private limited company in Jeedimetla IDA.
