Chiranjeevi: Exams over, results awaited

New Delhi: The tourism minister of the Union Government, Chiranjeevi on Saturday said that he urged Sonia Gandhi to make Hyderabad, a union territory including an assembly; and to make the Bhadrachalam revenue division, the part of Seemandhra. He said he held discussions with Sonia on all matters including the Hyderabad status. He called on Sonia on Saturday and later spoke to media.

He said he has no concern with the demand of Rayalatelangana brought onto the scene by the Seemandhra leaders. He said all arrangements have been made to bring out the Telangana bill in the forthcoming winter session of parliament. He reiterated that the Seemandhra ministers have been putting their best efforts for keeping the state united.

He expressed his dissent on APNGOs’ leader, Ashok Babu and asked why he didn’t resign for his job once he is fighting for united Andhra Pradesh. He urged him to not insult them. He said all exams are over and the results are only awaited to know whether pass or fail.
