T Sectt staff protests against RT

Hyderabad: Telangana employees led by Secretariat Telangana Employees Association on Wednesday took out a rally opposing Rayala Telangana by Group of Ministers.

Telangana employees, led by association president Narender Rao, raised slogans like ‘We want Telangana with ten districts’ and ‘We do not want Rayala Telangana’. The employees staged a protest before Samata Block and the area reverberated with slogans of employees for a while.

Addressing the employees, Narender Rao said, the people of Telangana would not accept the RT proposal and they would resort to another stir against the stand.

“Thousands of youth committed suicides for Telangana and it is not proper on part of GoM to bring in a new proposal,” he said. Rao said they would come to Secretariat on December 5 and stage a dharna in support of the bandh call given by T-JAC. He demanded that the Telangana Congress ministers should support Telangana bandh. “It is the responsibility of Telangana ministers to exert pressure on GoM to stall the move of RT proposal,” he said.
