Hyderabad: With fears that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy may create hurdles and delay the tabling of draft T Bill in the Assembly, senior BJP leader Ch Vidyasagar said on Saturday that Speaker Nadendla Manohar should exercise his special powers to ensure that discussion on draft T Bill begins on Monday.
He further stated that discussions should be wrapped up within 2-3 days and later, views of the House should be sent to the President of India. Speaking to reporters at BJP state office in Nampally, the saffron party leader said that there was no need for conducting a special session for this purpose, since the Bill was sent by the President when the House was in Session.
