Hyderabad: APNGOs on Monday regretted that draft T Bill – Bill on bifurcation of the State - was introduced on a day the death anniversary of Potti Sriramulu, who sacrificed his life for the sake of statehood for Andhra, is observed.
Speaking to media persons, APNGOs president P Ashok Babu said that the Speaker showed undue haste in tabling the draft T Bill.
He demanded that the government convene an all-party meeting on December 18 and 19 to sort out the problems and to deliver justice to both the regions.
According to him, the process of bifurcation has completely taken its toll on development. He also condemned the attack on Seemandhra employees in Secretariat.
