The minister for agriculture in the Andhra Pradesh state cabinet, Kanna Laxminarayana has been in Delhi, without bothering for the ongoing situation of the state. He called on Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday.
It is worth mentioning here that Kanna has been identified as the faithfully ally of high command. The meetings of Kanna with Sonia and the president of India, Pranab Mukherjee have drawn the importance.
Inside the congress circles, there has been a debate of the reason behind Kanna’s stay in Delhi, according to sources. It is learnt that a detailed report has been submitted by Digvijay Singh on the ongoing situation in Andhra Pradesh. It is also learnt that Diggy had given a negative feedback on the Chief Minister’s conduct.
According to sources, the Congress high command is of the opinion that they have already delayed the process of changing the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. So only, it is learnt that the Congress high command invited Kanna to Delhi.
It is evident that in the earlier instances also, when Kanna visited Delhi, such canards were at their peak. But, Kanna cleared his stand that he was not in the race of Chief Minister, then.
