Electricity board engineers stage dharna

Hyderabad: The electricity board received flak with the thunder strike called on by the engineers of major electricity boards functioning in the state.

Demanding for the immediate solution to their long pending demands, the electricity board engineers went on strike. They warned of shutting down the power supply, if not their demands are materialized, said sources.

The leaders demanded for materializing the issues, as agreed before and raised slogans. Engineers from AP Transco and AP Genco and allied organizations participated in the protest, according to sources.
