Hyderabad: APSRTC employees received a surprising New Year gift from the state government. As many as 24,575 employees are being regularized.

To this effect, an order has been issued by the state government. Of these 24,575 employees, 14,655 employees are drivers and 9,920 employees are conductors.
They have been serving in the same organization as contract employees, till now. The major unions of APSRTC, EU and TMU expressed joy over this happening.
