Gandra demands action against CM, Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy. The CM should reinstate Sridhar Babu as Legislative Affairs minister unconditionally and stop causing unrest among the people, Ramana Reddy suggested.
Warangal: Government Chief Whip Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy has appealed to the Congress chief Sonia Gandhi to see that the portfolio of Legislative Affairs be given back to minister D Sridhar Babu.
He also demanded action against the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy for stripping the Legislative Affairs portfolio held by D Sridhar Babu. The high command should take serious note of the actions of chief minister, he said.
The Chief Whip complained that the CM was defying the party decisions and working strongly against the cause of separate Telangana. “The CM’s action was a shock to us and we strongly condemn it,” he said addressing a press conference at his residence in Hanamkonda on Wednesday.
