Has ownership of corporate hospitals in twin cities been one of the reasons behind the Seemandhra leaders’ open opposition for the state bifurcation? The opinion of any leader, who wants the state to remain united more or less, gives an emphasis of the post-bifurcation status of Hyderabad. Why the leaders only have fellow feeling only for the people of Seemandhra region dwelling in Hyderabad, and why not they have the same concern for the people residing in other parts of Telangana region?
If we critically analyze the fact, undoubtedly the ownership of many properties owned by leaders and big shots hailing from Seemandhra turns to be one of the prime reasons, why the opposition is very strong even at this crucial juncture of state bifurcation.
A common man remains a common man irrespective of the place he resides. No regionalism ever bothers him for his main concern is to get ample of food and other basic needs and nothing beyond that. If a common man suffers in twin cities and its surrounding areas just because of his nativity, he should equally suffer in all other parts of Telangana. Is it not so? Hopefully, your answer will be ‘Yes’. In that case, why should one bother only for the people of Seemandhra region staying in Hyderabad-Secunderabad only?
The other question that arises in our mind is why should one bother if he own a property at some place and that may be geographically separated? The Constitution of Republic of India allows ever citizen equally to own properties at any place in India, which is otherwise specifically regulated vide Articles 31(a), 31(a), 31(a), 300 A. This eventually makes us think further and further. Ultimately, we land at the conclusion that this issue is more concerned with legality in possessing these assets; let it be corporate hospitals or some other industries. Truth prevails ultimately. That might be the reason why such a heavy opposition.
Make it a thought for the sake of a common man and extend fraternity to all fellowmen, equally, without caring for any such things like ethnicity, regionalism, nepotism and many such most terrible feelings. After all we are all human beings.
