The second spell of BAC meeting has been concluded at 3p.m. on Monday. In the morning spell, the leaders who attended the meeting could not arrive at an amicable conclusion. So, a second spell of the BAC meet was called on. After the BAC meet, the assembly speaker Nadendla Manohar has informed that the process of presenting Telangana daft bill has already been initiated.
From the other side the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddyon Monday said there will be a voting not only on amendments required in the Telangana draft bill rather for each and every issue mentioned in the T-bill. A written brief requested was not for opinions rather for amendments, he added.
