Anantapur: A private case has been filed on the Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh and the UPA chairperson, Sonia Gandhi by two advocates in Anantapur court.
The lawyers’ duo Mallikarjuna and Naganna filed this case. They made it a mention that the bifurcation is being done against the spirit of the constitution and held Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi responsible for the same.
They urged the honorable court to intervene to stop state bifurcation, which has been undertaken against the constitutional spirit.
