The Finance and Planning Minister for the state of Andhra Pradesh, Anam Ramnarayana Reddy on Thursday said the YSR Congress Party MLAs have been suspended only for the reason that they were causing hindrances for the smooth functioning of the state assembly.

Hyderabad: The Finance and Planning Minister for the state of Andhra Pradesh, Anam Ramnarayana Reddy on Thursday said the YSR Congress Party MLAs have been suspended only for the reason that they were causing hindrances for the smooth functioning of the state assembly.Anam said the police have arrested the YSRCP MLAs as they were causing problem to the traffic on the road leading for Ravindra Bharati junction. He said the YSRCP MLAs didn’t heed to the urges of the police. As there was no option left, said Ramnayarana, the police had to arrest them. He said there was no link between the suspension and arrest of YSRCP leaders.
Before addressing the media, Anam Ramnarayana Reddy addressed the house and wondered how they could go for voting without holding discussions on Telangana Draft Bill in the house.
He reminded that all parties have agreed to extend their cooperation for T debate in BAC meet. Anam urged the members to put forward their opinions in the house and iterated that it is not possible to have any resolution or voting before holding the discussions.
