Hyderabad: The Telangana Telugu Desam party MLA, Revuri Prakash Reddy on Wednesday said that he wish to see the formation of Telangana as early as possible and said there is no mistake in longing for Telangana statehood. He spoke in the state assembly on Wednesday and said 610 G.O has not been implemented, even after 30 years of its adjudication.
Revuri said Telangana experienced a big blow in the employment sector for many years. He said Mulki rules, 6 point formula etc were not given due attention, which ultimately resulted in Telangana agitation. Revuri said the merger of Hyderabad state with Andhra state in 1956 was a forcible act. He said there is no need to attain support of majority number of MLAs in the state assembly for the formation of Telangana state. Further, he said Chandrababu Naidu supports Telangana formation, undoubtedly.
