It's known fact that thespian of Telugu cinema Akkineni Nageshwara Rao passed away in Hyderabad in the early hours of Wednesday. Soon as news broke, TV channels had a field day telecasting it live and also some special packages on the actor's movies and life. Then came the breaking announcement that chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy had started his speech in the AP Assembly.


It's worth mentioning here that the CM's speech on the much-debated Telangana Bill was long pending. There were even reports that Kiran had prepared a 450-page report to present in the assembly. Ever since news got out and also the fact that he's been openly defying the High Command's decision to okay Telangana state, there was a lot of curiosity as to what the CM will say in the Assembly.


Besides, speculation is also rife that CM Kiran was contemplating on launching a new political party. All this has generated a lot of interest and made people curious as to what his speech would be. TV channels too were waiting for the day so as to get mileage in terms of TRPs. However, when the day came, they were shocked because they were already covering live the news of ANR's death and here comes the CM speech news.
