The Union Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh on Monday said that it was not fair to claim that the Telangana bill was against the guidelines of the Constitution of India.
The Minister said there will be another GoM, once the bill is received back from the state assembly. Jayaram said there will be a discussion in the GoM for the amendments in the bill. Further, he said there is no difference between the draft bill and bill. He urged the members of the state assembly to just give their opinions on the bill.
