Hyderabad: In response to the notice issued by the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi is all set to give notice under rule 81 of legislative affairs.It is worth mentioning here that earlier, on Saturday, the Chief Minister, Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy questioned the validity of the Bill, saying it was violative not only of Parliamentary procedures but also the Constitution of India. Terming it incomprehensive, the Chief Minister said such a Bill could not be discussed in the Assembly. He subsequently issued a notice to the Speaker under Rule 77 to move a resolution in the House for returning the Bill to the Centre. The Telangana side has strongly opposed the CM's move while the Seemaandhra side welcomed it.
What concerns in the matter is why Kiran Kumar Reddy felt the bill as incomprehensive after concluding his speech and finishing debate on the issue for almost 45 days.
