Hyderabad: The Congress Party MP of Telangana region, Madhu Yaskhi Goud said that Seemandhra leaders prefer portfolios to the welfare of the people. He said they have no concern for the Samaikyandhra agitation or the people of Seemandhra region.
The leaders who have resigned for Samaikyandra cause have now been thirsting for power, added Madhu. He urged the Seemandhra people to identify the veracity of facts. Yaskhi said the Seemandhra leaders feel nothing is important than the power and portfolios. He said Lagadapati Rajagopal was behind the Congress Party high command for the Rajya Sabha seat. Further, he said the Telangana bill has been sent to the assembly only for the sake of expressing opinions and said the bill will be passed in the parliament without any hurdles.
