BotsaHyderabad: The PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana on Wednesday in an official announcement said that the duo (Adala Prabhakar and Chaitanya Raju) who have filed nominations for Rajya Sabha are not the Congress Party members. He met the Assembly Secretary and Rajya Sabha Elections’ Returning Officer Sadaram on Wednesday and informed the same to them. He raised his concern with these officials regarding their candidature and informed them that the party MLAs has signed for them, considering them as the candidates of Congress Party. He submitted a written note to Sadaram that he was informed from the supporters of rebels that they have withdrawn their support.

In addition to this, Botsa raised the concern that few signatures have been forged in the documents submitted by the party rebels. He urged the officials to ensure whether the signatures are original on their own, before accepting their nominations. By this recent development, the story has taken a new turn. The concern here is that if the signatures are really forged, then why the MLAs whose signatures have been forged don’t have come out of their own. Why should they make it a sensation through Botsa, their party chief? Already Chaitanya Raju has been called on by Ganta and Danam and asked to withdraw his nomination. It is learnt that KVP also has been doing his best for the same.

It is learnt that the Congress party has sought the assembly secretary to reject the nomination of Chaitanya Raju as he has been facing a criminal case.
