Hyderabad: The Congress Party Senior MLA, JC Diwakar Reddy on Saturday allegedly said that Chaitanya Raju, the rebel candidate for Rajya Sabha fray has revoked his nomination only due to the presage of the Congress Party high command.
JC iterated that the other rebel Adala has been in the fray just for the sake of letting the Congress Party high command know of the intensity of Samaikyavadam. He addressed the media on Saturday and expressed his confidence with the results of Rajya Sabha polls on February 7, of proving the intensity of Samaikyavadam to the Congress party high command.
He opined that the Congress Party has nominated only 3 members and said that the party could have declared the fourth nominee as well. He also opined that the party should have considered allotting seats for SCs/STs in an indisputable proportion.
