Hyderabad: According to the sources, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy is striving to approach the Apex court in concern with the Telanagana Bill.
It is learnt that he consulted the legal experts for the same. He may come out with more clarity on the very matter during his Delhi tour.
It is worth mentioning here that Kiran on late Sunday said now the ball was in the court of the President. President would have to honour the opinion of the State Assembly, and only after he was fully satisfied about the need to bifurcate the State, he should send it to Parliament. “The President will have to take into consideration the issues raised in the Assembly and the resolution passed by the legislature”, added Kiran.
