KCR calls on Manmohan Singh
TRS Supremo KCR Calls On PM Manmohan Singh. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) supremo, Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, who is more aptly known as KCR called on the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday.
New Delhi: The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) supremo, Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao, who is more aptly known as KCR called on the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday. He was accompanied by his close allies of TRS party. Later, he addressed the media and said that they have urged the Prime Minister to consider for few amendments in the existing Telangana Bill.
KCR said that they have handed over the list of intended changes in the Telangana bill to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister said that the Telangana bill will be introduced in the Parliament during this part of Parliament session only, added KCR.
He said his words will turn to be true and he would return to Telangana state only, from Delhi. He said that he urged the Prime Minister to not impose any restrictions on the status of Hyderabad. Further, he said regarding the BJP’s stand, he can talk only after the BAC meet. He thanked the Prime Minister for extending support to the Telangana bill.
