BJP to extend copious support to Telangana Bill in Parliament. The official spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party Nirmala Sitaraman on Saturdayreiterated that BJP fully supports the state bifurcation. She battered the allegations that BJP would oppose the bill in the Parliament.

Nirmala said they are not against the bifurcation of the state of Andhra Pradesh. She addressed the media and said that BJP will fully support the Telangana bill to be tabled in the Parliament. Further, she said the party has already taken a clear stand to this effect, long back. She iterated that since 1997 it was only their stand.

It is worth mentioning here that already Venkaiah Naidu has said the media that his talks with Jairam Ramesh have been fruitful on the very matter. So, it has become clarified that BJP will extend their full support for passing the bill in the Parliament.
