Hyderabad: Terming incidents in Lok Sabha as most unfortunate,nefarious and deplorable, TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao stated that the whole nation now understood why people of Telangana were seeking separation from Andhra Pradesh. According to Rao, this was the most horrifying act in entire Parliament's history and people from across the nation have expressed their shock and disgust at the turn of events in the parliament. He, however, appealed to the people of Telangana not to get disheartened with developments in the national capital. Everybody should be patient and act with peace. As Formation of Telangana would be a reality very soon perhaps by next week, Rao felt.
‘Lagadapati is like Afzal Guru’
Meanwhile, TRS deputy floor leader in the Assembly, T Harish Rao has likened Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal to slain terrorist Afzal Guru, who was accused of conniving with dreaded terrorists for carrying an attack on parliament in 2001.
