Ravur: Early Thursday on Chitvel ghat road, near Ravur (connects Nellore and Kadapa districts), a lorry carrying gas cylinders became irrepressible and hurled into the valley of 200 feet depth.
In this accident, the lorry driver Akbar of Kadapa district got sternly injured. His condition has been critical and is being treated at Ravur hospital. The lorry filled with 306 gas cylinders was on its way to Krishnapatnam from Kadapa. The gas cylinders have been tipped out from the lorry in this incident. The police and the fire fighting team at once rushed the spot and have been managing the situation.
