DK Aruna: People Cast Votes For Telangana, Not For KCR. DK Aruna, a senior Congress party MLA of Telangana region on Friday said that it was not fair for KCR to impose conditions for merger of TRS party in Congress.
New Delhi: DK Aruna, a senior Congress party MLA of Telangana region on Friday said that it was not fair for KCR to impose conditions for merger of TRS party in Congress.
She addressed the media at Delhi on Tuesday and said he (KCR) himself has told that he would merge the party if Congress Party gives Telangana. She said amidst the most difficult situations only, the Telangana Bill was passed in Parliament by Sonia Gandhi.

Further, she said the votes have been casted for Telangana issue and not for KCR. She said the elections will be held as per schedule as informed to her by the Congress Party in charge of state affairs, Divijay Singh. She said they will extend their support to anyone appointed by the Congress Party High Command as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Tuesday morning most of the Telangana Congress Party leaders called on Digvijay Singh.
