Kotla demands Kurnool as Andhra Pradesh capital

Kurnool: After the state bifurcation episode, now it’s the beginning of another installment of agitations – deciding of capital for residual Andhra Pradesh. Different adaptations are come into light on the very matter since the time Telangana Bill was approved.

Leaders of Seemandhra region have been demanding to make their own constituency or region as the capital of Andhra Pradesh. Most recently, Kotla Surya Prakash Reddy has intensified his voice to demand Kurnool as the Seemandhra capital. He has been demanding the authorities to make Kurnool the capital of Seemandhra while reminding the fact that it was the erstwhile capital of Andhra state. Kotla addressed the media and predicted that all those who left the Congress Party would lose in the intimidating elections. He said people will never pardon them.
