Hyderabad: ESL Narasimhan, the state governor has viewed the matter of shutting down of petrol bunks very seriously and gave adequate instructions to the Chief Secretary and the authorities of Civil Supplies Department for immediate opening of the bunks for the sake of consumers. He also ordered them to ensure normality of lives of the citizens. Within no time the petrol bunks have come down and opened the bunks under a due avowal that they had called off their strike.

From the other end, the assistant controller Bhaskar has said that it was due to the use of instruments fabricated by two notorious companies, there was a mismatch in the reading and actual quantity of fuel being supplied by the bunks. With the use of a remote, the malfunctioning has been practiced by the authorities, said Bhaskar. He said it was a crime to indulge in such activities.
