Hyderabad: It is all set ready for Galla Aruna Kumari, the former minister in the state cabinet to join Telugu Desam Party. She has already prepared her allies in her constituency for the same, mentally. Also, it is learnt that she has been advocating the ticket of Chandragiri constituency for self through her allies. Due to this, reportedly, Galla has been planning to take away a massive group of congress leaders and activists into Telugu Desam Party along with her.
According to sources, she has been fishing the activists from the entire district except for Punganuru and Peeleru constituencies. It is also learnt that she has been receiving flaks from the party cadre during this course. Sources added that few leaders down the rank have raised a question that why should they join TDP. Reportedly, Galla has been holding conversations with Market Committee Chairman and Panchayatraj Sarpanchs on the very matter.
According to sources, Galla has been convincing the party cadre that they lost future in the Congress Party and can re-erect their image with only TDP. Also, she has been promising them with good portfolios, if joined along with her, added sources.
Everything is fair in love, war and politics. So, there is nothing astonishing that leaders jump from one party to the other time and again.
