Hyderabad old city taps to go dry on March 9, 10

Hyderabad: On March 9 and 10 water supply to the residents of Old City will be shattered due to shifting of an RCC home pipe and MS pipeline of Himayatsagar conduit main near Rajendranagar Outer Ring Road (ORR) flyover.

Accordingly, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board have proposed to take closure from 6 am on March 9 to 6 am on March 10. The brunt of shutdown would result in making the taps dry on March 9 and Mar 10. The water board authorities have appealed to the people being affected to store drinking water to avoid any problem on the said dates.
